Responsibility
- the role involves dealing with and processing customer telephone orders and queries whilst supporting the office, workshop and field sales staff
- you will also be required to visit building sites to meet with customers and deliver equipment during busy periods
- to greet visiting customers and assist with their queries in a respectable and timely fashion
- to provide good attention to detail and personal organisation skills
- to organise the general day to day goods in and goods out of a busy Survey & Safety supply company whilst maintaining good communication with colleagues so to ensure the smooth running of the business from open to close
- driving licence is essential for this role as you will occassionally need to cover for delivery drivers during holidays/absences or busy periods
- reporting damages to management
- checking off deliveries
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
