Responsibility
- support the Care Team Managers with all aspects of service delivery and administration tasks relating to the role
- the expectation will be that the Team Leaders role will spend 50% of their time in each element
- provide mentoring, coaching, supervising, and auditing for Care Support Workers’ practice
- there are two specific elements to the Team Leader role, a direct support role to our clients and carers who use our services and a management function
- working in a proactive way to ensure that a high quality of care and/or support is available to all carers and clients
