- driving membership sales through effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
- developing and implementing sales strategies to support the growth of the studio chain
- building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current members
- working collaboratively with our team of personal trainers to ensure that members receive exceptional service and support
- analysing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
- prior experience in sales within the fitness industry, preferably in a small boutique fitness studio or chain
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
