Responsibility
- we are recruiting for a Ofsted Registered Manager required for a children's residential home based in the Liverpool area
- you will oversee and manage a multi bedded children’s residential setting in the Liverpool area, where the emotional well-being, development and safety of our children and young people are at the heart of everything we do
- we are looking for a candidate who can join our team to develop the residential by working closely alongside the directors in accordance with the organisation's vision
- are you experienced in providing exceptional care and support to children in a leadership role?
Requirements
- operate the home in compliance with the Regulations and Inspection of Social Care Act 2016 and company policies
- coordinate and supervise staff, to ensure the household needs is upheld and the environment is maintained well
- ensure the welfare and well-being of the young residents
- manage and oversee all aspects of the home, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- ensure the home is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
- A minimum of 3 years of experience at a senior level in children's residential care. Responsibilities of the Ofsted Registered Manager Role
- manage household budgets and expenses
- plan and coordinate events and gatherings hosted at the home
