Requirements

• the ability to engage with young people who face a variety of personal challenges
• A background in social work, counselling or health and social care preferred
• related qualifications preferable, minimum of two years relevant experience essential

• experience of effectively managing your own diary and case load
• the ability to apply theory to practice
• must be literate in order to collate detailed case reports
• experience in liaising with other professionals
• relevant: 2 years
• good listener, approachable, relatable
• must be committed to offering the young people a stable, containing environment, including a regular day each week
• enhanced DBS checks
• up to date safeguarding training or willingness to undertake training
• if from a social work background, must be registered with social work England
