Responsibility
- this is a new position is with a small family run business run from a Business Park in Churcham, Gloucester
- experience of working on a plumbing and heating trade counter is therefore essential
- the companies business is currently fully on-line, the successful candidate will manage and operate a newly planned trade counter, including its initial set up
- working closely with our Marketing Manager and Business Owner the successful candidate will be jointly responsible for refining the product range, stock levels and on-line content
- the main objective will be to ensure that we continue to attract the right type of regular customers, and maintaining these relationships, both face to face, by e mail and phone call will be the ultimate goal
- the company will be installing a brand new order management, stock management and communication system in September so a good appreciation of IT systems would be a requirement
- the company has been trading for 10 years, is a very relaxed family environment where it is expected that as a small business anyone may be asked to contribute to any task no matter how big or small
- having grown by 250% over the last 2 years we have made the decision to continue this growth through investment so greater responsibilities and salary would likely be achievable for the right person who wished to develop a career in a small business
