  • manage credit control
  • controlling of potential inventory losses, propose appropriate corrective actions
  • reconciliation of inter-company, credit card and bank accounts in accounting software
  • prepare monthly and weekly payment runs for approval
  • assist with annual external audit
  • liaise with suppliers and prepare payments local & international transfers
  • oversee the business’s day-to-day financial operations
  • monitor cash-flow, cash-flow forecast, OPEX on a regular basis
