- dealing and managing First Aid

- being proactive and creative with sessions
Requirements
- experience of working with children and young people
- demonstrable experience of using own initiative
- demonstrable experience of working proactively and unsupervised
- able to communicate effectively with young people and those who influence them
- enhanced DBS clearance
- passionate, enthusiastic and believe in making a difference
- first Aid Trained
- ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
