Responsibility
- serve customers both face to face and via inbound telephone calls, always delivering excellent customer service
- process orders placed via our website
- monitor shop stock levels, working with the wider team to ensure stock is replenished effectively
- take pride in the appearance of the shop, ensuring it is always clean and tidy
- work with the wider business to ensure customer orders are fulfilled successfully
- provide quotations and technical advice to customers based on their requirements
- provide help and support to other areas of the business as needed
Requirements
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- strong numeracy and literacy skills
- excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- computer literate, as this is a highly IT orientated role
- A positive attitude and strong team work ethic, always willing to help where needed
