Responsibility
troubleshoot and maintain various operating systems , networking hardware, and cloud platforms
utilise remote monitoring and management tools, professional services automation software, and ticketing systems to manage client support requests efficiently
implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions and virtualization technologies like Hyper-V
monitor client systems for security vulnerabilities, and implement security best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, encryption, and security policies
collaborate with other areas to improve internal processes, service offerings, and client satisfaction
provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cloud services
participate in on-call rotation, providing after-hours and weekend support as needed. Additional pay is provided for this
act as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support staff, offering guidance and expertise to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
