superfast IT seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service department as a Level 1 IT Support Technician
in this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently
in this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site
you will work closely with our clients to understand their IT needs and provide timely solutions to their problems
your strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and network connectivity problems
provide second-line technical support to clients, resolving escalated issues from Level 1 support
provide Level 2 technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site
as a Level 2 IT Support Technician, you will also assist in installing and configuring computer systems, software, and peripherals

Requirements
good educational background
previous experience in a similar IT support role is preferred
knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
basic understanding of networking concepts
minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT support, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
