Responsibility
- superfast IT seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service department as a Level 1 IT Support Technician
- in this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently
- in this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site
- you will work closely with our clients to understand their IT needs and provide timely solutions to their problems
- your strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and network connectivity problems
- provide second-line technical support to clients, resolving escalated issues from Level 1 support
- provide Level 2 technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site
- as a Level 2 IT Support Technician, you will also assist in installing and configuring computer systems, software, and peripherals

Requirements
- good educational background
- previous experience in a similar IT support role is preferred
- knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- basic understanding of networking concepts
- minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
- minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT support, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
