SUPER BUBBLE STATION is looking for employees for positions:
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and exceptional customer and store safety
- engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare beverages to standard recipes
- ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- previous experience in food/beverage/hospitality industry is a must
- ability to learn quickly
- maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the café operating to standard
- the Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a Super Bubble Station
- we are looking for a proactive Bubble Tea Shop Assistant with bags of enthusiasm, to join our expanding team
- execute café operations during scheduled shifts. Organise opening and closing duties as assigned
- they are responsible for creating an efficient, welcoming environment within which our staff can engage and wow our customers
- to manage all the ingredients and maintain the integrity of the product in line with Super bubble station standards
- their performance is measured against their job description responsibilities including health & safety and food safety policies
