Responsibility

  • manage aged debt profile and ensure swift collection of overdue receipts through liaison with customers from across the globe
  • raising credit notes, invoices and group recharges following internal procedures
  • obtain credit reports, compile terms letters, and adjust new credit limit as requires
  • weekly processing of expense claims, ensuring all documentation received is correct and in full

Requirements

  • previous experience in a Credit Control/Account Receivable/Administration role
  • good level of computer literacy essential, with accurate data-inputting
  • effective communication skills, verbal and written with stakeholders at all levels
  • accounting: 2 years
  • credit control: 5 years
