Responsibility

  • as a Production Team Leader, you will run and manage a small team on various production lines packing fresh produce whilst supporting the Production Supervisor to ensure all daily production is achieved and targets are met, and on budget
  • raise any concerns on Production to the relevant department
  • raw material stock allocated to each works order is present at the production startup
  • ensure all processes and procedures relating to operations are met and compliance with all site H&S policies
