  • ensure that the business maintains a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating
  • attend all professional development events and actively engage in a personal development plan and integrated appraisal process
  • creation of costed food menus, specification sheets and the preparation of allergen documentation for match days and events as required
  • responsibility for ordering of food and catering items to maintain the correct stock levels in the Executive Head Chefs absence
  • ensure the Club’s Safeguarding rules and regulations are adhered to at all times in accordance with current legislation
  • present ideas clearly, accurately and persuasively to achieve a high level of culinary excellence throughout the business
