carry out other duties as set by the IT Manager

Requirements
A- Levels qualifications
at least 3 years’ experience in a similar IT support role
experience of AD and group policy
proven experience with administering Windows Server 2012/2016/2019-Active Directory, WSUS, DHOP, DNS, IIS, NPS
ability to work with a range of people with the aim of delivering great customer service
ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
administering an Office 365 hybrid setup including ADFS
effective communication and interpersonal skills

provide support and guidance to staff on appropriate hardware and software purchases to ensure that available budget is used effectively and efficiently
provide staff training for SIMS
liaise with appropriate staff to order equipment and software, deal with suppliers regarding ICT related business, including leading the tendering process for ICT related products; and to manage the central ICT equipment budget economically
