Responsibility

• you are to oversee the daily functions of the nursery and identify areas of efficiency and improvement where necessary
• you will advise and assist with the development of new product lines to meet customer demand

Requirements

• you will ensure that all staff apply the highest standards of Health and Safety in the workplace
• you will closely liaise with clients and customers to understand their needs and plan productivity accordingly
• you will attend company meetings and be the subject matter expert on plant production and delivery

• you will drive productivity by providing effective leadership, mentoring and coaching to all members of staff, and drive sales and control spending and reduce wastage
• you will maintain accurate stock records and produce reports on request
