Requirements
- proven experience in food preparation particularly Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and western food specialising
- proven experience in food preparation particularly Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and western food specializing
- strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary principles
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- proficient in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- culinary degree or certification is a plus
