user researcher
Responsibility
- design and conduct user research initiatives according to a brief including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and focus groups
- analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights for the team
- collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and help define user-centric goals for projects
- create user personas, journey maps, and other tools to communicate research findings and user insights effectively
- maintain an awareness of industry trends and best practices in user research, and apply this knowledge to improve our methodologies
- advocate the value of user research through webinars, conferences, and articles

Requirements
- experience or hands-on experience in user research, UX design, or related fields
- proficiency in various research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observations
- strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data
- experience creating user personas and journey maps, and using them to inform design decisions
- ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- experience working in an agency or similar environment where flexibility and collaboration are key
- curious and have a deep empathy for users' needs and challenges
- enjoy working collaboratively and can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
