It appears that Subfero is currently looking for a Network & Service Desk Manager. The job responsibilities include overseeing the IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, as well as managing the Service Desk Team. The job also requires experience in Information Security Technologies and practical experience in developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
It would be helpful to know if there are any specific software or systems that the IT Manager should be familiar with in order to effectively oversee the network and service desk operations. Additionally, is there a team in place for the IT Manager to collaborate with when it comes to developing and implementing security measures?
