Responsibility

  • manage all aspects of print production, including pre-press, press, and post-press activities
  • oversee scheduling and production planning to ensure that deadlines are met and production goals are achieved
  • provide leadership and direction to the production team, including training and performance management
  • supervising the loading and unloading of large format sublimation and other digital print equipment

Requirements

  • experienced in print production management, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • strong technical knowledge of pre-press, press, and post-press operations
  • excellent organisational and communication skills

  • proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve production goals
  • experience with print-on-demand technology and e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • ability to work flexibly as needed to meet production deadlines during peak production times
  • previous experience operating wide format printers and sublimation heat presses
