cad technician
Responsibility
- assist in managing projects from initial interest through to installation in conjunction with operations team
- design our products using AutoCAD both for sales and contracts departments
- providing outstanding customer service at each stage
- working alongside the contracts team to ensure every design, project and installation is seamless
- liaising with our manufacturing partners and site engineers on technical updates
- general technical support: assisting customers on technical questions and queries taking appropriate action based on their feedback
Requirements
- accurate and competent AutoCAD design skills
- able to interpret and produce engineering and architectural drawings
- A skilled listener and communicator
- possess excellent planning and organisational skills
- excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently individually and as part of a team
- A full driving license
- autoCAD: 2 years
