  • take telephone enquiries and provide technical advice to clients at all stages of the process
  • database entry and maintenance
  • use of external costing packages from suppliers
  • work within the controls and procedures of the Company’s Integrated Management System
  • to promote and maintain good working relationships with Company suppliers
  • to promote and maintain good Health & Safety Practices
