- planning and Monitoring project timelines and deliverables
- produce detailed quotes along with all costings involved
- co-ordinating live orders from procurement to delivery of goods
- manage the sales order process from quotation to procurement stage
- produce detailed design presentations for clients, fabric selections, mood boards, floor plans, drawings and visuals
- provide design advise to clients on finishes and fabrics
- customer service for client’s orders, showroom customer service and working directly with a range of clients
- answering incoming calls for sales enquiries & responding to any client queries
Requirements
- comprehensive understanding of design packages
- knowledge of sage desirable
- impeccable attention to detail
- confidence working directly with clients
- strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude
- the ability to work as part of a small team
- project Management: 4 years
