Responsibility

  • measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe and prepping all required ingredients
  • collaborating with the Head Chef and ordering new ingredients as required
  • ensuring cleanliness of all equipment and appliances within designated area and completing all kitchen checks to ensure it meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • any other duties required

Requirements

  • level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • NVQ Level 1-3 Cooking
  • leadership skills
  • hands on experience
  • proven work experience as a Cook
  • excellent time management abilities
  • familiarity with hygiene regulations
  • ability to remain calm whilst undertaking main tasks
