  • exposure to a growing business, its main clientele and the different disciplines of a learning centre. There will also be an opportunity to develop the centre’s advertisement and sales strategies
  • training in leadership and management skills, including an overview of the British Education System and the different ways to deliver educational excellence

Responsibility

  • you will help to develop sales and marketing and provide a fresh new perspective on innovating current strategies
  • responsible for HR department: recruitment, inductions and training staff on company policies and tutoring practice. You will keep track of staff hours, holiday requests and shift patterns and be their main point of contact
