Responsibility
- supervise and coordinate workshop activities, ensuring timely completion of servicing and repairs
- lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and technical expertise
- diagnose and repair ground care equipment, including mowers, tractors, and other machinery
- implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the workshop
- manage stock levels, tools, and workshop resources effectively
- liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
- keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service schedules
- invoicing/ Warranties
Requirements
- proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry
- strong ability to manage teams effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driving licence may be required for site visits
