bookkeeper
Responsibility
- developing strategies to keep existing members engaged and renewing their memberships
- maintaining accurate membership records and databases using Wordpress, CRM & Xero
- liaise with digital support contactors in maintaining functionality and accuracy of STA website
- meet and greet members at ‘in person’ events
- organise events including webinars
- provide support and assistance to members, addressing inquiries and concerns
- generating reports on membership metrics and presenting them to leadership
- collaborating with Operations Team to develop membership growth strategies
Requirements
- must have a knowledge in working alongside industry bodies
- must have a minimum of 3 years experience
- have a broad understanding of the products and services that STA members offer
- must have a rudimentary understanding of the working of the construction industry and the key stakeholders within the supply chain
- must be able to demonstrate good business management skills
- must be competent with Xero accounting software & Microsoft office
- have good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting
- bookkeeping: 3 years
