  • invoicing Clients and taking electronic payments
  • send out service review requests and gather feedback
  • working as a team to reach team targets
  • provide cover for other team members areas when on holiday
  • general office administration duties - including maintaining electronic filing systems

Education

  • good standard of education – Degree desirable but not essential
  • proficient in the use of IT systems
  • must have a good understanding of UK locations and cardinal directions
