Responsibility

  • proactively lead the shift/s
  • supporting your colleagues with day to day guidance, advise and good working practice
  • support the Service Co-Ordinator with Rota management and cover as needed
  • cover in the absence of the Co-ordinator as required
  • monitor and support Medication compliance
  • updating support plans & risk assessments as needed
  • liaise with Healthcare Professionals to support the people we support
  • awareness and compliance of CQC standards
