- conducting vehicle preparation, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of makes and models exclusively to our customer and retail vehicles
- using your technical knowledge to inspect engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment
- repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects
- road testing vehicles to check repairs
- maintaining equipment and making sure tools are in good condition
- explain automotive repairs and issues directly to the customer always providing great customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- mechanical motor trade experience essential
- flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
- hold a valid UK manual driving license
