Requirements

- unwavering commitment to client care and communication to all clients and stakeholders in a conveyancing transaction
- enthusiastic, positive and pro-active approach
- able to work independently and cohesively in a team
- ability to prioritise your workload and work calmly even when busy
- wide-ranging, professional experience of Residential Conveyancing, ideally a residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE, but we will consider unqualified but experienced lawyers if the right candidate presents to us
- confidence and professionalism in all written and verbal communications with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people either face to face, by telephone and via email
- adept and confident using case management systems and other support systems
