Responsibility
- perform product and process audits against internal audit schedule and upon request
- inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- work closely with Production to aid creation and implementation of Control Plans and Business Processes
- support Engineering in creation and implementation of NPI, DFMEA and PPAP documentation
- support introduction of new product to production process including PPAP, ISIR and Controlled Builds
- identify opportunities for improvement within the organisation and present recommendations to Management
- monitoring the relevant Company Quality KPI’s and take appropriate action when adverse trends are identified
- identifying the root causes of quality issues and performing containment, preventative and corrective actions
