  • management of a portfolio of private residential tenancies
  • liaising effectively with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
  • liaising with private landlords and investment clients
  • liaising with the front office
  • co-ordinating and monitoring works and repairs
  • preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
  • carrying out property visits and reporting to clients
  • pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments

Requirements

  • an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • UK Driving Licence
