- A position has arisen for a Telephonist/Customer Service person at our Sussex depot, taking calls from our customers and prospective customers, along with the other members of the team
- we are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Operative specializing in the parcel industry. We expect excellent communication skills with an ability to build customer relationships
- experience in dealing with and resolving customer enquiries and complaints and take ownership of them, is also a requirement

- previous experience working in the parcel industry would be an advantage
- ability to drive continuous improvement adopting best practice
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong and effective communication skills - both verbal and via email
- excellent telephone and people handling skills

- ability to take directions readily
