- street Kings Smoke Shack is looking for a Chef to join our team at our Whitstable location
- manage kitchen, daily food prep
- ensure that food is prepared as per the recipes
- ensure that the kitchen is set up with all necessary supplies
- establish and maintain a positive work environment
- we are looking for a motivated, organised, and dedicated individual to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, we have recently started our Bottomless BBQ on Sundays with has become a huge success giving us a platform to grow and potentially open several other sites, we need a strong team to learn our BBQ techniques plus bring additional creative flare to our menu
- arrange for kitchen equipment purchases and maintenance to be carried out by certified employees
