Requirements

- extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety regulations
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team
- strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
