Responsibility

  • you'll have an important role in making sure our guests have the best experience possible
  • looking for a Head Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping team at our lovely guest house situated in the heart of Kemp Town
  • responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department
  • tracking and ordering all supplies, linen, and complete regular linen inventory counts
  • supervise all housekeepers, to ensure guests receive the highest standard of cleanliness
  • conduct daily guest room and public area checks
  • organise and maintain proper lost and found procedures

Requirements

  • hard Working, work well under pressure, strict deadlines, following repetitive tasks, some handling of heavy loads, attention to detail
  • excellent organisation and time management skills
  • excellent customer relation skills
  • you must excellent time-management skills
  • knowledge of linen orders, counting and laundry operations
  • ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
