Responsibility

- oversee medication administration and ensure all staff receive appropriate training
- conduct regular assessments of resident needs, adjusting care plans as necessary
- liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to provide comprehensive and holistic care
- maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and staff performance
- organise staff rotas, ensuring sufficient coverage at all times
Requirements
- strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A commitment to maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff
- registered with Social Care Wales
- comprehensive understanding of CIW regulations and compliance standards
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, such as QCF Level 5 Health and Social Care in Adults
