Responsibility

  • organising the post-instruction visit to the client for the Property Information Interview
  • putting together the Property Information Questionnaire and conducting video walkthrough of the home for the marketing team
  • liaising with our photographer and videographer to arrange photos, video, drone, twilight photoshoot
  • providing assistance to the photographer and videographer on the day of the shoot and liaising with the client on the day
  • taking ‘behind the scenes’ photos and video on the day of the photoshoot for our social media channels
  • as a ‘Delivery’ role within Stowhill Estates, the Sales Negotiator role is to ensure we deliver on the promises we have made as the main client liaison throughout their journey with us
  • creating and executing a full social media campaign for every property, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
  • viewings – conducting viewings, hosting Open House events and collating and delivering feedback to the sellers

Requirements

  • A high level of initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
  • willingness to work irregular hours on occasion and some Saturdays for viewings
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and flexibility is essential in this role as it is so varied and no two days are the same
  • you’ll be a solution-focused problem solver and a natural diplomat with the ability to stay cool in a crisis
  • you’ll be a natural team player
  • as we sell homes throughout Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and The Cotswolds, you must be willing to travel frequently
  • an interest in and competent in home design/home styling
  • excellent interpersonal skills – you will be the main point of contact with our clients so an ability to create and maintain great relationships is essential
