Responsibility
overall responsibility for the delivery of one of the biggest company-led Oxbridge access programmes in the world
ensuring that our partner organisations renew their contracts with us year-on-year. You will have overall responsibility for client retention
deploying effective customer service systems to ensure that we are providing a world-class customer experience. Managing client complaints
use feedback from clients to reimagine the way we design and deliver our educational programmes
oversight of the delivery of our programmes, ensuring that our key delivery KPIs are met
maintaining and developing relationships with our school and agency clients to ensure that they are happy and well supported. Regular meetings with them to build rapport
play a pivotal role in the commercial success of the company by pushing forward new leads to drive sales cycles towards completion
about a quarter of the role involves tuition coordination, liaising between tutors and clients to ensure that tuition runs smoothly and that any scheduling issues are dealt with
