Responsibility

  • develop relations with clients and suppliers
  • must have long term right to work in UK , visa assistance is not offered
  • analyse client requests / projects from a technical viewpoint
  • providing clients with quotes and tender bids after negotiating with suppliers from a technical and commercial perspective
  • analyse and challenge supplier quotes
  • negotiating best prices and establishing trading terms with the OEM / suppliers
  • negotiating and obtaining discounts and trading terms acceptable for the company
  • in time becoming a key point of contact for clients to discuss technical and commercial aspect of Quotes and Purchase Orders

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • some knowledge of the Mining industry
  • excellent communication skills and a confident manner
  • degree in Engineering preferred but not required
  • A proactive approach to TEAMS face to face meeting & telephone calls
  • mining
