Requirements
excellent knowledge of MS Office software
proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, office administrator or similar role
outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including making phone calls and liaising with clients
excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A positive and resourceful attitude to work is imperative
administrative qualifications or similar will be advantageous
must be a strong team player
