- this role would suit someone who wants to run a Stonegate venue in the next 12-18 months and feels confident coming into a business with a can do attitude
- hold pre-session briefings as and when appropriate
- take responsibility for own training
- have knowledge and understanding of competitor activity and assist with implementing and driving promotions
- understand the pub’s budget and manage expenditure accordingly
- are you an existing Deputy Manager with experience in the Hospitality Industry?
- demonstrate good understanding of the P&L
- lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times
