Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • running of the practice day to day adhering to internal and external compliance procedures
  • ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • assuring the processing of applications and paperwork in a timely manner and set time frames, some of which maybe time critical
  • develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • respond to in-person and telephone inquiries from customers and advisers
  • manage the budget and ensure financial goals are met
  • be able to put effective processes and procedures in place to assure the sooth running of the practice

Requirements

  • IFA Practice: 3 years
  • banking: 3 years
  • insurance Broker: 2 years
  • mangerial: 1 year
