Responsibility

  • ● Adding invoices onto our accounting software
  • ● Scanning in an array of documents and filing accordingly using Xero, Google Drive &
  • unleashed
  • ● Enter purchase orders and incoming stock onto our software, check stock frequently and ensure that it is up to date
  • ● Use Xero to send out statements and reminders to customers
  • ● Bank reconciliations
  • ● Send invoices out to customers as required
  • ● General office assistance, including answering the phone to cover staff on lunch breaks

Requirements

  • ● Experience of working in a similar role and have a clear understanding of the above listed duties
  • ● Excellent technical skills including good – Intermediate Excel skills
  • ● Must have XERO experience including using XERO Payroll
  • ● Professional, self-motivated and highly organised individual with good attention to detail
  • ● Excellent communication skills
  • ● Able to follow clear instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
