Working hours

Responsibility

  • process certain orders and maintain records of orders and delivery details
  • provide accurate reporting and analysis as required
  • liaise with suppliers and customers for order progress
  • process paperwork for Goods In/Dispatch
  • receive supplier delivery paperwork
  • match order references with system details
  • communicate with internal sales staff and customers
  • lift and move goods around the warehouse

Requirements

  • warehouse experience
  • keen to learn, reliable, and hardworking
  • strong communication skills and ability to build good working relationships
  • understanding and demonstration of company culture and values
  • forward-thinking, positive attitude, and keen eye for detail
  • excellent timekeeping
  • well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
  • fork Lift certificate preferable but not essential
