  • at least 2 years of experience in a finance role either as an accounts administrator, bookkeeper or similar
  • A minimum equivalent AAT bookkeeping qualified, that can demonstrate high financial proficiency
  • A proactive approach to maintaining professional standards within the office environment
  • A proactive approach to bookkeeping
  • sage 50 accounting software fluent
  • fluent using formulas, data validation, data filtering and sorting in spreadsheets
  • accounting: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 3 years

Responsibility

  • stokey Plant Hire Ltd operates large earthmoving equipment throughout the UK. We are a family run business in operation since 1967. All operations are run from our Office and Workshop in Telford
  • we require an Accounts Administrator to work alongside our small but close knit team in our busy office keeping the books up to date and providing financial information to the MD
  • payroll, HMRC, VAT Returns and Pension Contributions for 50 staff
  • maintaining Fixed Asset records
