Responsibility
- reporting directly to the Head of HR and Health and Safety
- ensure that a comprehensive and effective HR service is provided within the Human Resources function in an efficient and professional manner
- to undertake specific work programmes, projects and research as determined by the Head of Human Resources
- to be proactive in dealing with all HR related issues
- advise and coach managers on all HR Issues, providing guidance on legislation and best practice
- as HR Advisor you will support the Head of HR to deliver a first-class HR services to the business through the provision of effective and efficient policies, processes, support and administration
- to provide administrative support for recruitment, training, setting up and maintenance of personnel and training files
- support the Head of HR to regularly review policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice
Requirements
- human resources: 1 year
- to ensure that non-UK employees are registered with the Home Office, that they provide bank details and National Insurance numbers
