in conjunction with operations assisting in ensuring that all departmental skills matrixes are regularly updated
prepare weekly reports for Line Managers evidencing what training has been completed against weekly training plan
work with the Production department to ensure that all planned training is carried out in conjunction with company and legal requirements
to assist the Production in the creation of Standard Operating Procedure for all training
responsible for maintaining good communications between relevant departmental managers within the Production area, and other key personnel within the business
