Responsibility
- recording and posting cash receipts on a daily basis
- reconciling and closing the books on a monthly basis
- managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- handling information requests from accountants and directors as well as department managers
- monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as cash flow, banking, purchase ledger, sales ledger and other transactions
- managing budgeting and forecasts process for reporting to the directors and department managers
- ensuring sales invoices are raised in a timely manner and identify opportunities to accelerate customer billing and cash collections
- working closely with other departments to ensure billing is accurately processed and is “right first time”
- driving efficiency improvements in working processes to maximise cash flow for the business
- improving, formalising, documenting and communicating the relevant processes, policies and policies related to Billing, Receipts, Credit Control and Supplier Payments
- managing quarterly tenant utilities billing and rent receipts
- negotiating energy contracts and ensuring they are renewed on time and at the best rates
Requirements
- qualification in accounting or related field
- strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- attention to detail & good communication skills
