Responsibility
- direct and manage project development beginning to end
- liaise with clients on an ongoing basis
- estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals
- monitor and manage project budgets and account
- where required, negotiate with other departments for the acquisition of required personnel from within the group
- delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- define project success criteria and present to client and site service management
- mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Requirements
- construction / Grounworks: 3 years
